1. Are you insured?
Yes! We have cover for 5 million public liability insurance. Copies of our certificate are available upon request.
2. Are your bouncy castles clean?
Absolutely! Our castles are cleaned regularly, ensuring they are in top condition.
3. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
We don’t recommend setting up on slopes, but a very slight grass slope may be possible. Please discuss this with us before booking.
4. Can you deliver through the house?
Our bouncy castles are large and heavy, and using large sack trucks can result in water entering the inflatable, potentially staining carpets or floors. We do not take responsibility for any damage to floors, doors, or decorations inside your home.
5. Can you set up on concrete, driveways, gravel, or decking?
No.
6. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
7. Do you offer overnight hires?
No, overnight hire is only available for multi day bookings.
8. Do you supply risk assessments?
We will carry out a risk assessment when setting up.
9. How and when do I pay?
A deposit is due at the time of booking, and the full balance is due 7 days before delivery. We accept payment via BACS, cash, or card.
10. How do you secure your inflatables?
We use 10-inch ground stakes to anchor the inflatable securely.
11. How long do I get the equipment for?
Our rentals are typically for 2-6 hours, depending on availability. The latest collection is guaranteed by 8 pm, but later pickups can be arranged for an extra charge.
12. How long does setup and takedown take?
Setup takes around 20-30 minutes, and takedown takes roughly 30-40 minutes. These times may vary depending on the inflatable.
13. What is the cost?
Prices are available on our website. Rates may vary, so please contact us for more information.
14. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
Bookings can be made at any time, but early reservations are recommended due to high demand.
15. How much space is needed?
All space requirements can be found in the descriptions of the inflatables, Please ensure the area is clear of debris, garden items, and pet waste.
16. Is there a delivery charge?
A small delivery charge may apply to certain areas, which will be outlined during the booking process.
17. Is there an age limit for using the inflatables?
Some inflatables have age and height restrictions. Please see our website for specific details.
18. What areas do you cover?
We serve all areas with a 25 miles radius of long Sutton, for areas outside of this please contact us and we will try to help.
19. What’s included in the price?
The booking price includes local delivery, setup, inflation, collection, safety mats, blowers & cables.
20. What happens after my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email to confirm your booking then you will receive a call the day before with an estimated delivery time. Our team will set up the inflatable and review safety procedures with you.
21. What if it rains on the day of my booking?
Most inflatables come with a shower cover, but in severe weather conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule. Please contact us for more details.
22. What if I need to cancel?

23. What if there’s no electric nearby?
We provide up to 25 meters of cable. If you require a generator to provide power then you will need to hire this yourself, please contact us for further information for type of generator required. ( we do NOT provide the generators)
24. When are your inflatables available?
Our inflatables are available 7 days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays.
25. What do I need to provide?
We supply all necessary equipment, but you must provide a 240-volt RCD protected power supply (within 25 meters) for each inflatable / blower. Each blower requires a 13A hardwired socket (usually from within your property). Please contact us with any questions regarding power requirements.
26. Do you have party invites?
Yes, free downloadable party invites are available on our website, we also have a personalised Wicked Inflatables party invite available on request.
