Responsibilities During Your Hire

  • A responsible Adult must supervise the use of the inflatables at all times.
  • You are responsible for injury or damage during the hire period.
  • It is your responsibility to check that all items you hire will fit in the venue/ premises,

    In the event that items don’t fit, full costs of the hire will be charged.

  • You must take all necessary steps to avoid injury to users or damage to the inflatables.
  • Do not allow users to climb on the side walls of the inflatables.

    Weather Conditions

  • In the event it rains during your hire you must not continue to use the inflatable, ensure everyone is off safely, please keep all items inflated to reduce flooding inside.

    In the event of torrential rain contact us for further information.

  • If it becomes windy during your use please use the anemometer we have provided to ensure windspeed is below 24mph. If you record windspeeds of more than 24mph, ensure everyone is off the inflatable safely and switch of the blower. Please don’t continue to use any inflatable in winds above 24mph.
  • We will not continue with any hire if the weather conditions deem it to be unsafe for use.

General maintenance of our inflatables

  • Please ensure that you adhere to the user restrictions located on the inflatable, a member of staff will point them out to you upon set up of our inflatables.
  • We do allow the use of water based face paint only, however you must ensure any face paint found on the inflatables is cleaned off as soon as possible,
  • Any face paint found on the inflatables that requires cleaning by us will result in a cleaning fee being charged.
  • NO oil based face paint.
  • Strictly NO adults unless you have hired an adult rated inflatable.
  • NO food or drink allowed on or near the inflatables.
  • All footwear & sharp objects must be removed before entering an inflatable.
  • NO party poppers, silly string, coloured streamers, glitter or confetti to be use on or near the inflatables.
  • NO smoking or BBQ’s on or near the inflatables.
  • NO pets/animals allowed on or near the inflatables.
  • Persons with neck or back issues should avoid using the inflatables.
  • All our inflatables must be returned in an acceptable condition clean & free from dirt / litter and undamaged.
  • If any of our inflatables are returned dirty/littered and require any extra cleaning you will be required to pay a cleaning charge.
  • You must ensure the delivery area is free from objects, litter and pet waste.
  • If any of our inflatables are returned damaged you will be required to cover the cost of repair and any loss of earnings due to being out of commission whilst being repaired.

    Bookings, Payments & Delivery

  • Payments can be made online via our booking system.
  • A deposit of £35 is to be made at the time of booking. (this will be deducted from the cost of your hire).
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery is free unless stated when booking.
  • Any delay or obstructions during delivery will be charged at £30 per hour.

    Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before booking fee can be transferred to another date within 6 months.
  • Less than 14 days, 50% of the hire cost will be required.
  • Less than 7 days 70% of the booking cost will be required.
  • On the day or during delivery/set up 100% payment is required.
  • Weather related cancellations made by us will have the option of a full refund or change of date.
  • Weather related cancellations not made by us will ONLY give you a change of date.

Space requirements & surfaces

  • All our space requirements can be found in the descriptions of all the inflatables.
  • We do NOT set up on concrete / hard surfaces (unless anchor points are installed within the hard surface).
  • We use metal stakes for outdoor grass areas & sand bags for indoor hall hires.

Damage & loss

  • Any damages made to the inflatables whilst on hire will be charged to you the hirer.
  • Any missing items will be charged to you accordingly.
  • Any loss of earnings to us made due to damage rendering the inflatable being repaired & out of action will be charged to you.

Disclaimer

  • When hiring from Wicked Inflatables Ltd you agree that you have read & understood our terms & conditions.
  • You agree you are responsible for all inflatables hired.
  • You are responsible for the safety of all users.
  • You agree that we have set up our equipment safely and securely.
  • You are responsible for any loss, damage or injury.
